I am Sharon, an adopter of clean-eating since 2009. I specialise in creating whole-food, vegan cakes in Singapore, made from unprocessed fresh fruits, nuts and seeds
All my cakes are naturally delicious as I use only whole plant foods such as fruit, nuts and seeds. The cakes are naturally sweetened with the use of fruits, dates and premium pure maple syrup; and if needed, only minimally processed sugar such as coconut sugar (gula melaka). No other forms of sugar is used.
All cakes are free from: dairy and eggs (i.e. vegan cakes); wheat (i.e. gluten-free cakes); refined carbs (i.e. carb-free cakes, keto friendly); refined sugars and artificial additives. These no-bake, flourless cakes are great for anyone with allergies or intolerances, or anyone who simply desires more wholesome, minimally processed and nutritive desserts!
